Tailor-made dressing in Luxembourg
La Parqueterie offers custom closet and storage solutions in Luxembourg and in the Arlon region. With our experience in wood for more than 30 years and thanks to our technical sales and qualified carpenters, we offer all types of furniture ranging from simple laundry cupboards, libraries to open or closed dressing rooms, including beautiful wine cellars or entrance cloakrooms.
Whether your dressing room is the central room of the master suite or simply an adjoining room, it is often very popular. It effectively allows you to have all your clothes at hand and thus be able to compose your outfit easily. Accessories such as folding wardrobes, mirrors, drawers with boxes to store your belts, scarves or even jewelry can decorate your dressing room so that every morning is a unique experience.

Customized dressing room with hinged doors
The walk-in closet with hinged doors is the best known tailor-made dressing room and in our opinion the most effective. It is effectively a question of covering door storage, often at full height. A dressing room with hinged doors does not prevent you from being creative: it is indeed possible to choose from noble materials such as wood or to cover the doors in leather for example.
A niche, a mirror holder or LED backlighting can also be incorporated into the dressing room. Finally, whether you prefer push to open, visible or inlaid handles, everything is possible.

Glass dressing
In reality, a dressing room can be built in a thousand ways but when we talk about a glazed dressing room, we can summarize this to two types: the dressing room with glass hinged doors which is the better known of the two or the dressing room formed by a glass partition behind which powder-coated aluminum wardrobes are visibly built.
Walk-in closet with sliding doors
The dressing room with sliding doors is the variant of the dressing room with hinged doors but with doors that slide in a rail fixed to the floor and ceiling. The doors overlap to leave an opening. However, the dressing room with sliding doors is less customizable because it can hardly integrate niches or original handles, for example.

Open dressing
As the name suggests, an open dressing room is a walk-in closet without doors, often built into a separate room and closed by a door. It is efficient and economical because there are no doors or hardware to integrate into the project.
Dressing room with island
Whether your dressing room has hinged or sliding doors, whether it is located in a separate room or is an integral part of a suite, an island can be very practical. For example, it allows you to distinguish your clothes from your underwear or your accessories. The island also allows you to have a worktop to fold up a room or put down a laundry basket for example. There are a lot of choices for the composition of your island.
